A Proven Track Record of Excellence

Michael's natural talent for sales became apparent from very first job back in 2018 working as a floor rep at Emporio Armani, becoming #1 top performer with absolutely no sales or industry experience. His talent and passion for sales combined with an intellectual ability to quickly ascertain product knowledge and company-specific sales processes, no matter how complex or high-ticket, has allowed him to stay on top throughout his entire career.

2018

The very beginning of his sales career, Michael was hired on the spot after walking into the store with a nice suit and asking to speak to the manager. He was hired at the top position at the store, Armani Specialist, and went on to be the #1 producer for credit accounts opened for the entire department of 20+ reps, and set a store record for most high-ticket shirts sold in a single transaction (10). This was all before the 3-month probationary period was even over.

2022

In the wake of the pandemic, Michael took the opportunity to self-study web design and digital marketing, opening up his own agency, Hypermax. Michael was able to get hands-on experience with every single sales role all at once, from generating his own leads, to cold-calling, to closing the accounts and managing them for long-term success and upsell opportunities.

He had remarkable success with happy customers and great client outcomes, ending his business with a perfect 5-star review streak on Trustpilot, but also learned a very important lesson: the only thing he enjoyed about running his company was the sales side of things. That's when he decided to fully commit to the sales career and go all in.

April 2024

Michael joined NexRep in a fully remote position selling a wide variety e-commerce products to a vast range of clientele. Among a team of about 100 agents, he emerged right out of the gate after two weeks of training as company #1 week after week, shattering records and claiming bonuses. He figured out a novel way to upsell one of the main offers with additional framing at the beginning of the pitch that led to a company-wide revision to the script, boosting the entire organization's conversion rate and bottom line.

July 2024

Michael joined Fusion Growth Partners as a Sales Development Representative. He was able to make swift work right out of the 3-day training regimen of the required KPIs - exceeding the entire month's quota in the first two weeks, and was on track to a remarkable performance. However, shortly after joining, the company experienced a department-wide unpaid leave that affected 100% of the SDRs due to the National Association of Realtors ruling in August 2024.

August 2024

Michael was recruited by Clearlink as an insurance agent in an account executive role with all licensing and education expenses paid pre-hire. He was able to pass the state licensure exam with one of the highest scores the company had seen, a 94, with incredibly only 2 weeks of studying. After a two-month training program, Michael entered the sales floor at the single busiest time of the year. He not only emerged #1 among all the newly licensed agents for 2024 - earning the distinction #1 Aspiring Agent - but ended up ranked #6 at the entire company among 386 total agents, the vast majority of who had been insurance agents working at Clearlink for several years.

Michael was informed that he would be recommended as a top pick for a promotion to sales supervisor before the next busy season at the end of 2025. However, Clearlink recently experienced mass layoffs that eliminated the entire insurance department, opening Michael to his next opportunity and the next chapter of his career as a High-Ticket Closer.

July 2025

Michael joined IBA as a part-time SDR, but has made a massive impact in a short time. In just 3 weeks after taking the role, he topped the charts as company-wide #1 performer and drove an incredible $6M+ in potential pipeline revenue for the sale of multi-million dollar mid-market businesses, earning a President's Club distinction in the first month. He's been approached by upper management about his unique sales process that's had an outsized success, and was granted exclusive access to leads to continue his work driving high-revenue pipeline. Michael continues this role part-time while he seeks a more permanent full-time role as a High-Ticket Closer.
